is a type of lightweight structural panel made from polypropylene (PP) material. It is constructed using a honeycomb core structure, similar to the hexagonal shape of a honeycomb, with thin polypropylene sheets bonded to each side. This design creates a strong and rigid panel while keeping the weight significantly lower compared to solid materials.
POLYFAVO main thickness is 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm.
POLYFAVO main size: 2440x1220mm, 1830x1220mm, 1800x2900mm, 2000x2900mm. Other size also are available.
POLYFAVO main color is Grey, Blue, and Black. Other color also are available.

Payment normally is 30% advance payment after sign contract, balance paid before loading
For POLYFAVO panels, lead time is 15 days.
For POLYFAVO box, lead time is 10 days.
For polyfavo panel, we use wood pallet or wood box for loading and shipping.

Sign PI: After everything is clear, we will send you PI about your order, please sign it and copy back.
Payment and Production: Production will start when payment or L/C is received.
During Production, we will keep you informed and provide you pictures.
Shipping: If FOB terms, your side need to book ship and container, we will take care loading. If CIF and CNF etc, we will book ship and loading. After shipping, B/L and required documents will be sent to you by Email.
Balance Payment: We will load your goods after balance payment received. Please do as PI or contract confirmed.
- B/L Telex: After all payment done, we will let forwarder do telex. And your side can pick up goods with copy B/L.
