Pallet Sleeve Container from POLYFAVO
Polyfavo pallet sleeve boxes consist of a foldable PP honeycomb sleeve, plastic HDPE pallet, and lid. Compared to wooden crates or cardboard boxes, they offer longer service life, lower total cost of ownership, and improved hygiene performance. The structure is lightweight yet strong, making it suitable for repeated closed-loop logistics and save 70%-80% volume.
These pallet sleeve packaging systems are commonly used for automotive parts, industrial components, and export logistics, and can be customized in size, load capacity, color, and reinforcement structure.
HOW TO USE PALLET SLEEVE BOX
HDPE PALLET
HDPE pallets are available in three types: die casting, Injection and blow molding. Injection pallet can load the MAX weight for pallet box with the highest unit cost. Die casting HDPE pallets offer strength and rigidity, while blow molding HDPE pallets provide flexibility and durability for various size storage and transportation needs with the lowest unit cost. All can be added plastic yellow locks or belts.

The HDPE lid for the pallet gaylord box comes in three types also: Injection, die casting and blow molding. For blow molding type, there are pointed flat and channel surface options, it ensures secure and versatile closure for efficient storage and transport. All can be added plastic yellow locks or belts.
