Plastic Edge Sealing Machine
We offer 2 types of edge sealing machines designed for various materials like PP honeycomb panels, bubble guard boards, and conpearl boards. Our machines ensure perfect-looking sealed edges, available in round and flat edge types. They can handle materials ranging from 8mm to 13mm in thickness.
HOLE PUNCHING MACHINE
Our pallet sleeve hole punching machine is specifically designed to efficiently punch holes in pallet sleeves. It provides precise and consistent hole punching, allowing for easy handling and ventilation. Our window making machine use heating-cutting method. It can make single or double window/ door at the same time. Door size are customed.
BUTT WELDING MACHINE
The Butt Welding Machine, also known as the Plastic Jointing Machine, is designed to weld two sheets together, creating a smooth surface. It is primarily used for producing pallet sleeves, including Conpearl boxes, KTP containers, box pallet boxes. This machine can butt weld materials such as 5-30mm S-type PP corrugated sheet, PP honeycomb board, and bubble guard material.

Corflute Side Edge Sealing Machine
The side edge sealing machine is used for hot seal one or two side of pp corrugated sheet, PE hollow board, Corflute, Coroplast, Danpla. Most used to produce Layer pad and dividers with sealed edge. Process Size: 200mm-1500mm Thickness: 2mm 3mm 4mm 5mm 6mm Now we have 3 type machines, manually, Semi-auto and Auto type. Speed from 150pcs to 350pcs per hour
Corrugated Corner Edge Sealing Machine

Extrusion Side Edge Sealing Machine
The extrusion edge sealing machine is used for seal edge and corners of pp corrugated sheet, PE hollow board, Corflute, Coroplast, Danpla.
